This filling is made using Italian Luganega Sausage that has been gently braised and combined with the finest fresh Ricotta. This handmade Tortelloni is delicious served with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese, or a light tomato sauce.
This stunning Artisan Tortelloni is hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and is made using a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour that ensures the pasta holds during cooking.
