This delicious handmade filling is made with lots of varieties of mushrooms, including the finest Italian Porcini. A little fresh parsley and Italian hard cheese is added to enhance the rich and earthy mushroom flavour.

This stunning handmade Tortelloni is best served with a glug of really good olive oil, sage butter or with a light tomato sauce and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

Each Artisan Tortelloni is folded by hand in order to incorporate more delicious filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and is made using a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, to ensure the pasta holds its shape during cooking.

Approximately 250g.

Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water;

Filling (44%): Mixed Mushrooms (50%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Pasteurised Egg, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, White Wine, Black Pepper;

Dusted with rice flour.

Your tortelloni will arrive frozen.

When your tortelloni arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
To defrost place your tortelloni still in its individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw your tortelloni by leaving it in the fridge or at room temperature.

La Tua Pasta was launched in 2006 by Italian born Francesco Boggian who wanted to bring a piece of Italy to the UK- fresh pasta made in the traditional Italian way. 

Together with a small team and a little help from family and friends back home in Italy who shared their old traditional recipes, Francesco developed over 300 types of fresh and filled pastas using simple, natural and delicious ingredients. They began selling their pasta at Borough Market before long became the pasta makers of choice for many of the top restaurants and hotels in London and beyond. 

In 2018 Francesco and his family moved back to Italy and La Tua Pasta was taken over by Nicolas and Patricia Hanson who had fallen in love with La Tua Pasta at Borough Market.

Today, together with the original team, Nicolas and Patricia continue to put the integrity of the product, the honesty of the ingredients, and the shared values of the team at the very heart of everything they create.
