This delicious handmade filling is made with lots of varieties of mushrooms, including the finest Italian Porcini. A little fresh parsley and Italian hard cheese is added to enhance the rich and earthy mushroom flavour.
This stunning handmade Tortelloni is best served with a glug of really good olive oil, sage butter or with a light tomato sauce and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
Each Artisan Tortelloni is folded by hand in order to incorporate more delicious filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and is made using a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, to ensure the pasta holds its shape during cooking.
Pasta: 00 Flour (GLUTEN), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (EGG), Durum Wheat Flour (GLUTEN), Salt, Water.
Filling: Mixed Mushrooms 50%, Ricotta Cheese (MILK), Italian Grated Cheese [Milk Salt, Vegetarian Rennet] (MILK), Pasteurised Egg (EGG), Parsley, Salt, Garlic, White Wine (SULPHITES), Black Pepper.
