  • Our Nashville chicken sausages are so utterly delicious, they are the perfect sausage to sizzle on the BBQ.

    With a subtle hint of spice, these moreish sausages are perfectly balanced with sweet and smokey flavours, perfectly suited to the BBQ. All you need is one of our light, fluffy finger rolls, a dollop of your favourite sauce and you'll have a seriously delicious feast on your hands. 

    We make our Nashville mix by hand, using only the finest all natural ingredients.

  • Free Range Chicken, Vegetarian Suet, Non-hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour), Unsalted Butter (MILK), Caster Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Tomato  Puree, Cayenne Pepper, Celery Salt (CELERY), MACE, Scotch Bonnets Chilli, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Gluten Free Oats* Apples, Onions, Mixed Herbs (Parsley, Basil, Thyme, Marjoram, Oregano, Black Pepper), Hogs Skin Casings.

    Mixed Herbs - Packed in an area that handles (CELERY) (WHEAT) (SESAME) (MUSTARD) (SULPHATES) and (SOYA). 

    *Oats used in our products are gluten-free and have been specially produced,prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.

  • Our sausages can be cooked from frozen.

    To cook from frozen:

    Preheat a fan assisted oven to 180C.

    Remove the sausages from their packaging and split them up, being careful not to tear them. If they don't all split apart, you can detach them half way through cooking. 

    Place on a baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Cook for around 30 minutes, until they are golden brown.

    To cook from fresh or defrosted:

    To defrost the sausages remove from the freezer and leave on your kitchen worktop for a couple of hours. Remember our sausages do not contain any preservatives, so we recommend you cook them within 2 days of defrosting them for best results. 

    Take a castiron pan and bring to a medium heat. To the pan add a little ghee or lard, to lightly grease the pan.

    Add the sausages to the pan and roll around in the fat to caramalise them. Do this for around 10 minutes, or until all of the sausages are golden brown. 

    To cook on the BBQ:

    Defrost the sausages. Place the sausages on the grill away from any direct flames. Cook over the coals, turning regulary, for around 6-7 minutes.

We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
