In order to make the finest Skyr in the UK, the Fen Farm dairy team traveled all the way to the geothermal farmlands of Iceland, to meet traditional Skyr master, Thorgrimur, who showed them the ancient art of Nordic yoghurt making. This incredible yoghurt is a fusion of an iconic Icelandic staple that captures the lush grassy terroir of Suffolk. It is a truly special artisan product.
The all natural skyr yoghurt is made from the fresh morning milk from the dairies herd of grass fed Montbeliarde cows.
