      • Northern Pasta Co's Casarecce brings a unique, comforting twist to any meal with its distinctive shape. Designed to trap both light olive oil-based sauces and hearty, creamy dishes, this pasta makes every bite a satisfying, flavour-packed experience. Casarecce structure ensures that it holds sauce in just the right way, giving you a full-bodied bite with each mouthful.

        Made with the finest regeneratively grown British spelt, Northern Pasta Co's Casarecce is rich in nutty flavour, adding depth to even the simplest of dishes. The traditional Bronze Die method creates a rougher surface that allows sauces to cling beautifully, while the slow-drying process at low temperatures preserves the natural qualities of the ingredients.

        Handcrafted in small batches at Northern Pasta’s Pasta HQ in Cumbria, this pasta is perfect for everything from quick weeknight meals to a more leisurely family feast. Whether paired with a fresh tomato sauce or tossed with greens, Northern Pasta Co’s Casarecce adds that little extra something to every meal.

      • Spelt, Wheat Semolina

      • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Add your pasta and cook according to the timing on the packet. 

        Check the pasta a little early to ensure it’s perfectly al dente. Drain, keeping some of the cooking water aside. Toss the pasta in your sauce, using the reserved water to loosen and coat it beautifully.

      • Store Northern Pasta Co’s pasta in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its premium quality. Keep the packaging sealed to preserve the fresh, nutty flavour of the British spelt and ensure the pasta stays perfect for your next delicious meal.

      Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
