  • We've gathered together everything you need to serve up the most magnificent Christmas feast with our Christmas Turkey & Trimmings Box.

    In this wonderful festive box, you'll find our award winning Free Range rolled Turkey breast and leg stuffed with a stunning handmade and totally natural, Sage & Onion Sausagemeat Stuffing as well as our famous native breed Pigs in Blankets and Pure Turkey Stock to make the most incredible gravy. All you need to do is to select how many people you are feeding and we'll provide you with everything you need for a simple Christmas. 

    Not only is our Christmas dinner box so easy to order, but it's super simple to cook too. The whole meal is cooked in the oven in just one hour giving you more time to enjoy the festivities with your loved ones. You even get cooking instructions delivered in the box, so your Christmas feast is guaranteed to be hassle free. 

    With our rolled and stuffed Turkey carving couldn't be more simple, you can make sure everyone gets just the right portion and there is no waste (unless you size up so you have some delicious leftovers).

    We do not say this lightly, but trust us when we tell you that you need not look any further in order to make your Christmas dinner super simple! You have everything you need to make a crowd-pleasing Christmas dinner. 

    The Christmas Turkey & Trimmings Box includes:

    • Properly Free Range Turkey Breast stuffed with Sage & Onion Sausagemeat Stuffing
    • Properly Free Range Turkey Leg stuffed with Sage & Onion Sausagemeat Stuffing
    • Pigs in Blankets (enough for 2 sausages per portion)
    • Pure Free Range Turkey Stock

      Choose from 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 portions. 

      All the ingredients in the Christmas Turkey & Trimmings box arrive frozen ready to pop straight in your freezer so you are prepared for Christmas. We do not use any preservatives in our stuffing, sausages or Turkey stock so we recommend keeping your turkey in the freezer until you are ready to cook. 

      We recommend ordering early and choosing an early delivery date to take the hassle out of Christmas. 

    • Stuffed Free Range Turkey: Free Range Turkey, Native Breed Pork, Native Breed Pork Fat, Apples, Onions, Oats (GLUTEN FREE), Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, 

      Turkey stock: Turkey Bones, Water

      Pigs in Blankets: Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Gluten Free Oats (GLUTEN), Water, Salt, Black Pepper, Sheep Skin Casings, Unsmoked Streaky Free Range Bacon (Free Range Pork & Brining Process - Salt, Demerara Sugar (Sugar Cane Molasses, Sugar).

    • Once thawed, remove from packs and allow to reach room temperature before cooking. 

      Place the pack contents into two separate boats of foil in a roasting dish. 

      Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°/350°F/Gas Mark 5 (These temperatures apply to a standard oven and you might need to adjust your oven). 

      4-12 portion packs will all be cooked in 60 mins. When cooked, the skin will be evenly browned; and if you pierce the flesh of the breast joint with a small knife or skwer, the juices will run clear. 

      Once cooked, remove Turkey joints and cover loosely with foil and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 mins. 

      Meanwhile, pour the Turkey cooking juices from the boat of foil (and all the tasty bits) into a small saucepan. Add the pot of Turkey stock and simmer for 15 mins, until the taste is delicious. Simmering for longer will make the flavour more intense. 

      Carve the brown and white meat so that everyone gets exactly what they want. Serve with your delicious gravy and sausages wrapped in bacon.

    • All our Christmas Turkey Boxes are delivered frozen ready for you to pop straight into the freezer until you are ready to cook.

      Depending on the size of your bird, you'll want to allow plenty of time to defrost it.

      For large joints, allow two days to defrost in the fridge. For small joints one day will be fine.

      We recommend you leave your meat at room temperature for a few hours before cooking.

    All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
