Slow cooked for hours to produce a full flavoured stock that can be added to a whole range of dishes or simply enjoyed on its own as a broth.
Perfect for any recipe calling for stock, add your own salt and seasoning appropriate to the particular dish or sauce that you are making.
When defrosting your stock, we recommend opening the pouch, tipping upsidedown and letting the stock thaw out into a bowl.

Turkey Bones, Water
Turkey Stock can be cooked from frozen or defrosted.
Place the pouch in a good sized mixing bowl and leave on the kitchen worktop over night.
Remove the packaging and place into a saucepan set to a medium-low heat. Once the stock has defrosted and turned into liquid, turn the heat up and bring to a simmer. Simmer for around 5 minutes and serve piping hot.
Place a saucepan on a medium heat and gently warm through the broth for about 5 minutes until it gently simmers.
Try adding miso or our fava bean umami paste to create a nourishing and restorative drink.
