This delicious meal reminds us of light summer lunches of bowls piled high with leafy greens and our Tarragon & Ginger Stir Fry tumbled through.
This lovely dish can even bring a little sunshine on a grey day. With sweet, fresh and slightly warming flavours, our delicious tarragon and ginger marinade makes our Free Range Chicken so tender it almost melts.
Serve with big salad bowls, crunchy stir fried veg, noodles or layered in wraps, for the ultimate fast food.
Made with all natural, wholesome ingredients and completely gluten and dairy free.
Free Range Chicken, Cider Vinegar, Tomato Puree, Sugar, Cane Molasses, Mustard Powder (MUSTARD), Ginger, Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Tarragon.
Heat a cast iron pan or wok over a high heat.
Drizzle a little oil in the pan and throw in the chicken stir fry.
Cook for just a couple of minutes, until the chicken has lightly browned.
Serve in wraps, piled onto salads or tossed through noodles.
