High in protein and jam-packed with important vitamins, our Native Breed Pig's Liver is simply sensational, whether you're turning it into a show stopping terrine or simply pan frying with onions.
Because our native breed pigs lead a totally natural stress-free life, there is simply no need for us to use antibiotics routinely. Our slowly grown, native breed pig's liver is about as pure as you can get.
Wonderful rich nourishing food for you to savour.
Free Range Pork
Place a little butter, ghee or lard in a hot pan.
To the pan add some sliced onions and cook off for about five minutes.
Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.
Cook for no more than three minutes.
Leave to rest and serve blushing pink.
Pork Liver & Damson Paté
This recipe is perfect for planned or unplanned gatherings requiring some much-needed fodder. It also makes a wonderful gift, if you really want to go overboard on the feeder-stakes, you could pack guests off with a jar or two to take home.
