      • Bream are a family of fish that cook beautifully, with skin that becomes crispy once pan fried. This is the perfect contrast to the rich, juicy flesh. Black Bream are no exception and offer a wonderful iodine flavour, thanks to its seaweed-rich diet.

Bream is a relative to Bass, with similarities but a slightly meatier texture and more developed taste.

It's a versatile fish which can be baked, roasted, fried or grilled as you wish.

        Approx 140g

      • Black Bream (FISH)

      • Drizzle some olive oil into a non-stick frying pan. Once hot, add the bream fillet, skin-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat, until the skin becomes nice and crispy. Turk it over, lower the heat of the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

      • All our fish is caught at its best and blast frozen at the quayside. Once defrosted it will be as fresh as the day it was landed. Once thawed, store it in the fridge and enjoy it within the next 2-3 days as you would with fresh fish.
