  • Properly Free Range Chicken

  • Pan-Fried Chicken FilletsTake a castiron pan and place over a medium - high heat.Lightly oil and season the chicken fillets. Pan fry for around 3 minutes per fillet. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving
    Oven-Roasted Chicken FilletsPreheat the oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C, Gas Mark 4).Place the fillets in a roasting dish and drizzle with olive oil.Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.Roast for 20-25 minutes, checking the juices run clear.
    Grilled Chicken FilletsPreheat the grill to medium-high.Marinate the fillets for extra flavour.Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, ensuring a crispy, golden finish.
