Happy Eating House’s Hoisin Sauce has a wonderfully sweet and slightly spicy flavour. Add a delightful sweetness to your stir fry, pair it deliciously with duck, or use it as the perfect dipping sauce for dumplings.

Every jar of black bean sauces is made, labeled and packaged by hand with the greatest of care and love in South East London so that the flavours of China can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

Made with 100% natural ingredients, this product is gluten-free.

Approximately 160ml

Vegetable stock, fermented salted black soybeans, light brown sugar, prunes, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, Tamari (water, soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar), rapeseed oil, Chinese five spice. This product is gluten free.
Your meat will arrive frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Growing up in a Chinese family food has always been a huge part of Danni Hong's life. Taught by her mother she learrnt to cook at a young age and was soon cooking everything from family meals to big feasts for family gatherings.

Over the years Danni started to become more aware of the food she was putting into her body, believing that food is medicine she began making an effort to eat more local, seasonal and natural foods where possible. Struggling in Asain supermarkets to find addictive free or ingredients that hadn't been imported to cook her favourite Chinese dishes, led Danni to launch her own range of Chinese sauces and condiments.
