With plenty of fat running through the joint to keep it soft, our Grass Fed Fore Rib of Beef has an old-fashioned depth of flavour that can only be described as 'properly beefy'.
Our Grass Fed Rib of Beef is prepared chined and beautifully presented ready for you to pop straight in the oven.
As all our Grass Fed Beef is naturally reared, weights are not absolutely precise.
100% Grass Fed Beef
To defrost the Beef Rib remove from the freezer and leave on your kitchen worktop for one day and overnight. Alternatively, place the Rib in the fridge and allow it to gently thaw for two to three days.
Before cooking, remove the packaging and allow the joint to dry out and reach room temperature.
Preheat a fan assisted oven to 220C.
Season the Rib generously with good quality pure sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Place into a roasting dish and pop it the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Turn down the oven to 160C and roast for 30 minutes per kg.
Rest for 20 minutes in a warm place before carving.
