  • We passionately believe in creating food that is totally natural, wholesome and good for you. Our Pure Grass Fed Beef Stock is packed full of good natural vitamins and minerals that give your body a boost. 

    Slow cooked for hours then to produce a full flavoured stock that can be added to a whole range of dishes or simply enjoyed on its own as a broth.

    Perfect for any recipe calling for stock, add your own salt and seasoning appropriate to the particular dish or sauce that you are making.

    500ml per pouch of Pure Grass Fed Beef Stock.

    From time to time our stock pouches may get pierced during transit, when you come to defrost the stock we recommend placing it in a bowl, just in case to capture any liquid.

  • Water, Beef bones, Veal bones, Onion, Carrot, Tomato paste, Celery (CELERY), Garlic, Thyme, Bay leaf

  • Beef Stock can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. 

    To Defrost 

    Place the pouch in a good sized mixing bowl and leave on the kitchen worktop over night. 

    To Cook

    From frozen:

    Remove the packaging and place into a saucepan set to a medium-low heat. Once the stock has defrosted and turned into liquid, turn the heat up and bring to a simmer. Simmer for around 5 minutes and serve piping hot.

    From defrosted:

    Place a saucepan on a medium heat and gently warm through the broth for about 5 minutes until it gently simmers.

    Try adding miso or our fava bean umami paste to create a nourishing and restorative drink.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
