How to Cook a Grass Fed Boneless Leg of Lamb
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the boneless lamb in a roasting dish. Roast for 20 minutes per 500g, aiming for an internal temperature of 55°C. After removing from the oven, let it rest on a carving board for 20 minutes. The lamb will rise in temperature and be perfectly pink when carved.
