      • Our Grass Fed Beef Neck is a Pipers Farm secret weapon when it comes to the BBQ and one of our delicious cuts of meat.

        With similar structure to a ribeye, our Beef Neck Steak has melting fat laced throughout the joint, giving it a luxurious amount of flavour. 

        Wonderful licked with flames over a BBQ, our Grass Fed Beef Neck Steak is sure to be the centerpiece to any outdoor entertaining you will be doing this summer. 

        To get the best out of our Grass Fed Beef Neck, we love to cook it over a firepit, then sliced thinly, alongside spring salads and herby potatoes. 

        Each Beef Neck Steak weighs approximately 1kg. 

      • 100% Grass Fed Beef

      • Take a cast iron pan and place over a high heat. 

        Once the pan is smoking hot add a little beef dripping. 

        Generously season the beef neck and place into the pan. Sear all over.

        Reduce heat to medium and turn every few minutes.

        The beef neck is cooked once the thickest part has reached a core tempurature of 55°C. 

        Allow to the steak to rest at room for at least 15 minutes before slicing thinly.

      • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
