    Approximately 150g 

  • Organic Cow's Milk 98%, RENNET, Salt.

    Contains (Milk) Dairy.

  • Slice the halloumi into thick pieces and cook in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp. Alternatively, grill, barbecue, or bake until beautifully caramelised.

  • Keep refrigerated. Once opened, store in an airtight container, submerged in brine or cold water, and consume within 3 days.
