  • Naturally creamy and packed with flavour, Bold Bean Co’s Organic White Beans are slow-cooked to perfection, preserving their delicate texture and rich, nutty taste. Grown organically and jarred simply with water and a pinch of salt, they’re incredibly versatile—ideal for creamy purées, hearty stews, or tossed into fresh salads for a wholesome boost of protein and fibre.

    These buttery, melt-in-the-mouth beans are a must-have for any well-stocked kitchen, offering a delicious, sustainable alternative to tinned varieties. Whether blended into dips, stirred into soups, or enjoyed straight from the jar, they bring depth and nourishment to every dish.

    Although the jar is slightly smaller, the delicious contents remain just as exceptional. The reduced size will also be reflected in a lower retail price.

  • Bold Bean Co's Organic White Beans are fully cooked and ready to enjoy straight from the jar. Simply drain and rinse before using to remove any excess brine.

    For warm dishes, gently heat the beans in a pan with a splash of olive oil, garlic, or herbs to bring out their natural creamy flavour. Perfect for soups, stews, casseroles, or as a hearty side dish. For cold dishes, rinse and toss the beans directly with fresh ingredients, creating a nutritious salad or grain bowl.

  • Store Bold Bean White Beans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer any unused beans along with their liquid to an airtight container, store in the fridge, and consume within 3 days for the best flavour and quality.
