When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes from the kitchen
For boneless thighs, take a cast iron pan and place on a medium-high heat.
Lightly season the skin and the flesh with sea salt and pepper.
Once the pan is hot place the thigh skin side down and cook for 2 minutes. Flip onto the flesh side and cook for a further 2 minutes. Repeat this twice, or until the thighs are nicely browned.
Pop in the oven at 160C and cook for 20 minutes.
For bone-in thighs follow the same instructions, increasing the oven cooking time to 30 minutes.
For beautifully tender meat that falls apart, our thighs are best gently slow cooked in for at least 1 hour with plenty of liquid.
Or sizzle on the barbecue for 20 minutes.
