  • Small Beer Hazy is sunshine-yellow in colour with ripe aromas of freshly-picked apricot and tropical fruit salad jumping from the glass. Brewed in South London at 2.6% ABV, this refreshing beer is naturally lower in alcohol and calories.

      Located in the heart of Bermondsey, London, Small Beer Brew Co. Is the world’s first small beer brewery specialising in brewing classic beers below 2.8% ABV. They brew beer using the finest ingredients and natural carbonation; their beers spend a minimum of 6 weeks layering in vessel which results in their undeniably clean yet pronounced flavour profiles. 

      There’s no vacuum distilling, reverse osmosis, filtration, processing, added stabilisers, arrested fermentation, clarifiers or isinglass in their process; just the traditional brewing grains: malted barley, oats, rye, wheat, alongside water, hops and yeast.

    What is Small Beer?

    As a concept, Small Beer originates from as far back as the 18th century, when drinking water was so scarce. Due to this, low alcohol volume beer was a staple to ensure hydration. "Small" refers to the low alcohol content, typically of between 0.5% and 2.8% ABV.
