Côte De Bœuf is one of the finest cuts of steak and a delicious treat for beef lovers. Popular across the country and the continent alike a single Côte De Bœuf is usually served as a meal for two.
By leaving this magnificent steak on the bone in the classic French style, gives an extra element of flavour penetrating through the meat. With a good balance of fat and meat, the Côte De Bœuf provides and exceptional eating sensation.
As with all of our beef, the Côte De Bœuf comes from our native Red Ruby cattle, 100% grass fed and hung on the bone for four weeks.
Each steak weighs approximately 1.2kg.
When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
