Why we love this
Fen Farm Dairy is world famous for their award-winning cheese, Baron Bigod. When the team makes this incredible cheese, by churning fresh cream from their herd of grass fed cows, the fat splits two ways, creating butter and buttermilk. Not wanting to waste a single drop of their cow's beautiful milk, the fresh raw buttermilk comes straight from the churn. Live lactic cultures are added to make a remarkable glossy, rich yet slightly sharp buttermilk.

It is perfect for making buttermilk fried chicken, creating the most incredible fluffy pancakes, or try using it in soda bread, scones and cakes. The options are endless!
