Free Range Bronze Turkey Cuts

Our properly free range turkey makes such a special festive centrepiece. Slow grown from April until November and fed on a wholesome natural diet of wholegrains, pasture and windfall apples. We dry pluck by hand every bird and leave to hang for twelve days to develop the most wonderful depth of flavour and texture to the meat.
