Our lamb mince has all of the characteristic robustness that makes our grass-fed lamb so distinctive.

Our butchers scrupulously select the cuts that go into our mince, trimming off any excess fat before coarse grinding it to give excellent texture once cooked.

Handy for storing in the freezer, our lamb mince is the perfect ingredient for everything from burgers to meatballs, moussaka to koftas.

Grass Fed Lamb 

Finely dice an onion and cook down for five minutes.

Add the lamb mince to the pan and cook on a medium heat for five minutes.

To the pan add a tin of chopped tomato, a clove of garlic, a few springs of fresh thyme and a splash of miso or soy sauce.

Cook for 15 minutes and serve with buttery mash potato.

Lamb and Kimchi Burger with Peanut Coriander Slaw and Fermented Scotch Bonnet Mayo

Spicy, tangy and zesty, this burger really does have it all! The lamb burger is tender and juicy, and the naturally fermented kimchi is rich not only in punchy flavours, but also in vitamins and minerals. The taste sensation continues with the piquant Scotch Bonnet mayonnaise, which is offset perfectly by the nutty and aromatic peanut and coriander slaw.

We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
