    Crafted in small batches at Northern Pasta’s Pasta HQ in Cumbria, this Rigatoni is made using traditional Italian methods with the finest attention to detail. The bronze dies create a rough surface that allows every bite to hold the full flavour of your sauce, while the slow drying process locks in the natural sweetness of the British spelt. The result is a perfect balance of texture and taste, giving you a pasta that’s as satisfying as it is delicious.

  • Spelt, Wheat (GLUTEN) Semolina

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Add your pasta and cook according to the timing on the packet. 

    Check the pasta a little early to ensure it’s perfectly al dente. Drain, keeping some of the cooking water aside. Toss the pasta in your sauce, using the reserved water to loosen and coat it beautifully.

  • Store Northern Pasta Co’s pasta in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its premium quality. Keep the packaging sealed to preserve the fresh, nutty flavour of the British spelt and ensure the pasta stays perfect for your next delicious meal.
