This small batch hot sauce, handcrafted in Cornwall, is made with rich chipotle chillies, which bring an earthy, smoky warmth that makes this sauce stand out from the crowd.

    The deep, complex flavour of the chipotle is balanced with a hint of sweetness from dark brown sugar and treacle, while the slight tang of spirit vinegar brings everything together. It’s smoky, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of heat to add a layered, barbecue style kick to any dish.

    The Smoky One is perfect as a BBQ marinade or seasoning, ideal for meats like chicken, beef, and pork, but it also works wonders on vegetables, grilled halloumi, and even roasted potatoes. You can slather it on burgers or ribs, or even mix it into your sauces and dips for added depth.

  • Tomato Purée, Spirit Vinegar (Sulphites), Dark Brown Sugar, Water, Treacle, Chipotle Chillies (5%), Liquid Smoke, Spices (Mustard), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Allspice.

    Contains Sulphites and Mustard.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
