  • Punchy, citrusy and full of character, The Mexican One from The Cornish Smoke Squad is a bright and flavour-packed small batch hot sauce, handcrafted on the Cornish coast. Blending fresh green jalapeños with a good squeeze of lime, sweet apple, and fragrant herbs, this vibrant sauce delivers a zesty, medium heat that works beautifully across a whole range of dishes.

    It’s a brilliantly versatile bottle to have on hand, ideal as a BBQ marinade, BBQ seasoning, or simple drizzle. The zing of the lime makes it a natural match for grilled meats and veg, while the green heat from the jalapeño gives it just enough warmth to lift tacos, burgers and salads without overpowering the plate.

    Whether you’re shaking it over chargrilled chicken, stirring it through a mayo for dipping, or finishing off a breakfast burrito, this artisan hot sauce brings a burst of freshness with every drop. As with all of The Cornish Smoke Squad’s sauces, it's made in small batches with natural ingredients and no unnecessary additives, just real food, properly done.

  • Spirit Vinegar (Sulphites), Sugar, Lime Juice (16%) (Sulphites), Apple, Coriander, Parsley, Jalapeño (8%), Salt, Oregano, Xanthan Gum.

  • Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 weeks for the best flavour.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
