  • Our Queen Borlotti Beans are a true celebration of Italian craftsmanship, sourced from the lush fields of Piedmont.     Please note: Bold Bean are phasing out their 700g jars and transitioning to a new 570g jar size across their entire range. This updated size will be added to our collection in the new year. Once our remaining stock of the 700g jars has sold through, they will not return.

    Although the jar is slightly smaller, the delicious contents remain just as exceptional. The reduced size will also be reflected in a lower retail price.

  • Borlotti Beans, water, salt.

  • Bold Bean's Queen Borlotti's are fully cooked and ready to enjoy straight from the jar. Simply drain and rinse before using to remove any excess brine.

    For warm dishes, gently heat the beans in a pan with a splash of olive oil, garlic, or herbs to enhance their natural flavour. Perfect for soups, stews, casseroles, or even as a side dish. For cold dishes like salads, rinse and toss them directly with fresh ingredients and a drizzle of dressing.

  • Store your Queen Borlotti Beans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer any unused beans along with their liquid to an airtight container, store in the fridge, and consume within 3 days for the best flavour and quality.
