    Bungay Raw Milk, Grass Fed Butter is a true testament to the art of traditional butter-making. Made by hand using raw milk from Jonny & Dulce's Montbeliarde cows, this butter is crafted in small batches, ensuring every dollop is packed with flavour and goodness. The cream is cultured with a natural blend of lactic bacteria, then churned and hand-paddled in the classic scotch method for a rich, creamy texture.

    The Montbeliarde cows, an ancient French breed, produce milk that is high in protein and rich in nutrients, resulting in a butter that’s not only delicious but also gut-friendly. Sourced fresh from the farm, the milk is used warm, ensuring maximum flavour and a smooth, velvety finish.   • We will deliver our cultured butter with at least two weeks shelf life.

    Refrigerate immediately on arrival.

    The butter can be frozen. If freezing, freeze on the day of delivery by removing from the wooden box and protecting with an airtight wrap.
