Natural Cumberland Sausages

Made with our Saddleback pork, gluten-free oats and a pinch of salt and pepper. To turn these lovely sausages into traditional Cumberlands, we add thyme, sage and rosemary.

Bake in the oven and serve with a dollop of mash or sizzle over hot coals on the barbeque.

Your burgers and sausages will arrive frozen, simply pop them straight into your freezer and consume before the best before date printed on the pack. We do not add any preservatives to our sausages and burgers so they must be stored in the freezer.

You can cook your burgers and sausages from frozen (see cooking instructions below for more details).

If you have thawed the burgers or sausages, then consume within three days.

Our burgers and sausages are safe to refreeze.

Notes from the kitchen

You can cook all our sausages from frozen.

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C.

2. Split the sausages up and place on a baking tray.

3. Pop into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
