Our Properly Free Range Turkey Breast Steaks are wholesome, nutritious and packed full of lean protein. They are incredibly versatile and can be used as an alternative to chicken breasts in any recipe. 

Turkey steaks can carry flavour, they are fabulous marinated in something sweet and spicy and cooked over the flaming coals of a barbecue. Or try something light, herby and lemony and simply pan fry. 

We rear our Turkeys super slowly, feeding them a wonderful diet of natural foods including; windfall apples, homegrown oats, kales and fodder beet. All our turkey is hung for 12 days to remove excess moisture and further develop its wonderful depth of flavour. It's no wonder we have been voted Best Turkey by Good Housekeeping, Daily Mail and iMagazine - and have won Great Taste Gold awards for our awesome birds. 

Each turkey steak weighs approximately 125g.

Free Range Turkey

Take a cast iron pan and place on a high heat.

Add a splash of oil to the turkey steaks and lightly season.

Place in the pan and cook on one side for two minutes.

Turn over and cook on the other side for two minutes.

Turn back over and cook for a further two minute turning the steak in the pan.

Leave to rest for five minutes before serving.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
