Organic, Garlic & Pepper Sauerkraut is seriously tasty. Raw, organic cabbage, leeks, onions and garlic are carefully prepared, then seasoned with a heady hit of organic black pepper and mineral-rich salt. The mixture is then left to naturally ferment for 3-4 weeks, before being jarred unpasteurised. By leaving the raw mix unpasteurised, ensures the lactic acid cultures from fermentation are kept active and alive - making this kraut seriously good for your gut.
With all organic ingredients sourced locally from trusted organic farms, you know you're eating only the best, healthy natural food.
We like to eat this kraut with grilled chicken or pork or slathered inside a raw milk cheddar toastie.
This delicious Organic sauerkraut is made by our friends PAMA Organics at their kitchen based on the iconic Sheepdrove Organic farm in West Berkshire. Driven by their passion for Slow Food, Martin and Patka do not compromise on the very best ingredients for their ferments. They even surround the krauts with crystals, as they believe love and good energy are vital ingredients in the recipe for really good food.
