With its ruffled, spiral edges, this pasta captures every drop, making it perfect for dishes rich in flavour. Whether you're whipping up a quick dinner or preparing a more elaborate meal, Radiatori’s speed and versatility make it a kitchen essential.

        Crafted in small batches at Northern Pasta’s Pasta HQ in Cumbria, Radiatori is made using regeneratively grown British spelt, offering a beautifully nutty flavour that enhances any dish. The pasta is shaped using Bronze Dies, giving it a rough texture that clings perfectly to sauces, while the slow drying process at low temperatures ensures maximum flavour and quality.

        Made with care and precision, Northern Pasta’s Radiatori brings together traditional Italian methods and the best of British ingredients, creating a deliciously sustainable pasta choice for every occasion.

      • Spelt, Wheat Semolina

      • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Add your pasta and cook according to the timing on the packet. 

        Check the pasta a little early to ensure it’s perfectly al dente. Drain, keeping some of the cooking water aside. Toss the pasta in your sauce, using the reserved water to loosen and coat it beautifully.

      • Store Northern Pasta Co’s pasta in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its premium quality. Keep the packaging sealed to preserve the fresh, nutty flavour of the British spelt and ensure the pasta stays perfect for your next delicious meal.

      Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
