Why we love this
Our pig's kidneys have are seriously rich and delicious. Similar in flavour to both lamb and beef kidneys, they make such a brilliant addition to casseroles and pies. Our delicious pig's kidneys are also great simply pan fried and served on toast.
This nourishing superfood has fallen out of favour in recent years, but we believe it's such a brilliant option to pack more goodness into your diet. Pig's kidneys are rich in protein, thiamine, folate, selenium, phosphorus, zinc, omega 3 and several B vitamins - a great way to rack up healthy amino acids.
