Where are every day steaks cut from?
Our Pipers Farm Every Day Steaks are cut from a selection of muscles around the carcass, because of our immaculate seam butchery techniques. For example, a muscle lying alongside the collar or 'clod' bone. And there are some parts of the topside muscles and even the neck fillet which are perfect too. That’s the benefit of being a self-taught butcher with a frying pan – we have found every bit of value from our amazing Red Ruby cattle.
