They say that Rosé is a wine of friendship. Best enjoyed with a good catch up, great food and lots of laughter. This delicate rosé from a trailblazing Provençal estate is organically farmed and nocturnally harvested. It combines Merlot, Caladoc and Cabernet Sauvignon as it's varietals to create a sumptuously tasty beverage.
Bottled at the property, this gloriously silky wine is pale pink and shiny in colour with fresh red fruits on the nose. Its fresh and crunchy mouthfeel compliments the fruity and refreshing raspberry and grapefruit flavour.
Ideal as an aperitif or matched perfectly with provençal foods & light salads.
Nose: Smooth red fruits with a sweet undertone.
Palate: Refreshing with a nice long finish.
For bottles with corks, be sure to store your wine horizontally in a wine rack. Keeping wine on its side helps keep the cork moist, which is key for long-term storage, as a dried out cork can cause seepage and premature aging.
While not necessary to keep screw top wine bottles on their sides, horizontal storage is nevertheless an efficient way to store your wines for maximum space and easy access.

With glorious blue seas and sundrenched fields as far as the eye can see, in the South of France, beauty is never too far away. France is famous for delectable wine that runs through the lifeblood of their bounteous country and in the South of France especially, vineyards run aplenty. However, very few are as special as the Mas de Valeriole run by the Michel family. In their beautiful surroundings, the Michel family has nurtured and preserved the land that they inhabit, creating an organic, natural vineyard that produces exquisite wines.
The history behind the mechanics of Mas de Varioles is a deep-rooted family story - much like that of us here at Pipers Farm. The Michel family settled at the end of the 1950’s and are still there today, three generations later. They are more attached to it than ever as all the farming tasks are distributed amongst the family members. The devotion of each and every family member is clear to see through their passion for the preserved nature that surrounds them and has subsequently made them grow their vineyard in full respect for the environment. They are deeply convinced that the quality of grapes, which are produced from a healthy vine, is the most important asset when it comes to natural wine-making. The production of each vine requires preparation, reflection and time, time that the Michel family so lovingly gives it.Deep in the heart of their preserved nature that they have painstakingly cared for, there lies their mission - which is that the spirit of the land is the family spirit. The land is their family and they are there to care, provide and nurture it as they would family. And in return, the land provides them with exquisite wines that are fit for kinds.
