Our Properly Free Range Chicken Breasts make a super simple supper. A pinch of seasoning and a few minutes fried in a pan create the ultimate wholesome fast food. 

With a real depth of flavour delivered from hanging our birds for a week, our Free Range Chicken Breasts are packed full of flavour, combine that with their fine-grained texture and you have a really special meal. 

Our Properly Free Range chicken live significantly longer than most other birds, with plenty of space to roam freely and forage on our lush Devon pasture. 

Each breast weighs approximately 200g. 

Your meat will arrive frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes from the kitchen

Take a cast iron pan and place on a medium heat.

Drizzle a little oil over the chicken breast and season with a little salt and pepper.

Place skin side down and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over onto the flesh side and cook for a further 2 minutes. Flip back over onto the skin and cook for a further 1 minute.

Remove from the pan and leave to rest somewhere warm for at least 8 minutes.
