Our Properly Free Range chicken breast makes a super simple supper. A pinch of pure sea salt and a few minutes in a pan is all it takes to create the ultimate fast food.
With a real depth of flavour, from the slow life our Properly Free Range Chickens lead, our Free Range Chicken Breasts have a unique taste compared to other birds, "chicken how it used to taste”.
Combine incredible flavour of our free range chicken breasts with their wonderful fine-grained texture and you have a really special cut of meat on your hands, perfect for a whole array of staple meals.
Each breast weighs approximately 175g.

Properly Free Range Chicken
Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat.
Add a little ghee to the pan and allow it to sizzle.
Lightly season the chicken breast and place skin-side down in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on the skin-side, then flip over and cook on the other side for 2 minutes. Flip back over and cook for a further 2 minutes on each side.
You could add a little butter and herbs at this point and baste the chicken for a further minute.
Leave to rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

We're having these for dinner tonight. Delicious. We wrap in streaky bacon and roast in the air frier, then slice into medallions. There's always a few slices left from 2 servings to put in a sandwich next day or toss through a mixed salad.
Super super yummy and tender. Normally when you oven cook chicken breast it has the tendancy to be dry unless in a sauce etc but this was so juicy only cooked in lemon and olive oil I was very impressed.
