      • This Camembert was developed by the founders of Sharpham Dairy to celebrate over 40 years of cheese making. It combines Normand methods with South Devon terroir to create its own character. 

        Sharpham Camembert is a moist, soft, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese, with a smooth, creamy body and slight grassy notes.

        This cheese is flexible with pairings. It goes well with a fresh pressed apple juice, just as it does a bottle of fine white wine.

      • Pasteurised cow's milk (DAIRY), Salt, Lactic culture (starter), Vegetable rennet, Penicillium Candidum.

      • This cheese is ready to eat. However, we advise bringing it to room temperature just before consumption, for the very best eating experience. 

        Should you wish to bake this Camembert, place it into a suitable dish, score the cheese with crosshatch and drizzle with a little wine, if you wish. Put a lid on a place in the oven for about 10 - 15 minutes, until soft and gooey in the centre.

      Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
