Here is a delicious recipe for an uplifting spring tea, created by our friend Hannah from Herbs & Wild.

Packed with handfuls of the season's wild bounty, including nettles, primroses, cherry blossom and hawthorn leaves, with additions of our delicious wild flower honey and apple cider vinegar, it's something of a tonic in a teapot! 



  • Gather your wild ingredients and rinse them in cold water. 

    Place in a teapot, cover with 500ml boiling water and leave to steep for 5 minutes, with the teapot lid in place.

    Meanwhile, place a teaspoon of both apple cider vinegar and honey into the bottom of your mugs or glasses. Pour over the tea, stir to dissolve the honey, and taste. Add more of the vinegar or honey, to suit your taste, then relax and enjoy!
