Sloe Gin

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Artisan Cheese

It is necessary to apply a common sense approach to cheese care and respond to the cheese you have in front of you, as opposed to following rigid guidelines.

The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.

About the producer

Organic Sloe Gin

The story began in 2007 when, after 2 years spent volunteering on organic farms around the UK, Miles Gibson returned home and began planting fruit. The fields had previously been used solely for grazing sheep. Miles built slowly, experimenting with different varieties, husbandry techniques and field positions guided by what he had learnt, and most of all by what his little patch of land taught him.

Quicke's Clothbound Goats' Cheese

Using traditional recipes, time-honoured techniques and heritage starters passed down through the generations, the Quicke family have been making world class clothbound cheeses for five generations and continue to create outstanding cheddar to this day.Made by hand in the old-fashioned way, slowly matured for a deeply satisfying flavour, the cheese celebrates the deep connection that has grown between the Quicke family and the land they have nurtured for almost 500 years.
