      • Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Ox Liver comes from our slow grown, native breed cattle.

        We rear our grass fed cattle naturally in a totally healthy environment, this results in wonderful wholesome healthy food that is totally pure. 

        Ox Liver offers significant amounts of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

      • 100% Grass Fed Beef

      • To defrost the liver, place the pouch into cool water (still in it's packaging) and leave to defrost for around 5-10 minutes.

        Place a ghee or beef dipping into a castiron pan and gently melt. 

        To the pan add some sliced onions and cook off for about 5-10 minutes, until the onions have become glossy and translucent. Remove the onions from the pan and keep somewhere warm.

        Turn up the heat a little to a medium-high heat. 

        Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.

        Cook cook on one side for a minute and a half, flip and cook the same the other side. Cook the live for no more than 3 minutes. 

        Add the onions back to the pan, mix together and serve.

        Eat straight away while still piping hot.

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
