  • This Potato & Coconut curry is a deliciously authentic Indian dish to enjoy at home.Inspired by curries of South India it is made from potato cooked in coconut oil, delicate spices, fresh curry leaves, tomato, coconut milk and topped with fresh coriander.

    All Bini's ready meals are inspired by traditional family home cooked Indian recipes, only using quality ingredients and hand made in small batches to ensure the flavours and textures are true to the authentic Indian home cooked experience.

    Bini's curries are made using locally sourced, high welfare, free-range meat and are all lovingly created by Bini herself.

  • Ingredients

    Potatoes, onions, tomatoes, curry leaf, fresh coriander, coconut milk, coconut oil, fresh green chillies, rapeseed oil, coriander powder, garam masala, cassia bark, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, cloves, cassia bark, fenugreek seeds, yellow mustard seeds (MUSTARD), asafoetida powder, fried whole chilies, urad dal.

  • On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.

    Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 seconds then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.

    Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

  • Bini Fine Foods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer. 

    Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.

    Use By date is printed on the pack.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
