100% Grass Fed Beef
To defrost the Fillet remove from the freezer and leave on your kitchen worktop for one day. Alternatively, place the Fillet in the fridge and allow it to gently thaw for two days.Before cooking, remove the packaging and allow the joint to dry out and reach room temperature.
Heat a fan assisted oven to 220C.
Warm an oven proof pan on your hob.
Rub some good quality, pure Sea Salt into the meat.
Add a little beef dripping to hot pan, then place the fillet into the middle of the pan. Brown on all sides and then transfer to the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes before serving.
