  • Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Fillet is unsurpassed in tenderness, with a buttery smooth bite and refined flavour. 

    Our whole beef fillet is a proper celebration cut that needs quick, unfussy cooking to let it sing as the unrivaled star of the show.

    Hung for at least four weeks, our 100% Grass Fed Beef Fillet is a real show stopper and perfect for special occasion feasting. 

    We recommend 5 portions per kg.

  • 100% Grass Fed Beef

  • To defrost the Fillet remove from the freezer and leave on your kitchen worktop for one day. Alternatively, place the Fillet in the fridge and allow it to gently thaw for two days.Before cooking, remove the packaging and allow the joint to dry out and reach room temperature. 

    Heat a fan assisted oven to 220C. 

    Warm an oven proof pan on your hob.

    Rub some good quality, pure Sea Salt into the meat. 

    Add a little beef dripping to hot pan, then place the fillet into the middle of the pan. Brown on all sides and then transfer to the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes before serving.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
