Our sustainably reared geese live a properly free range life with plenty of space to flap, fly, scratch and honk, resulting in the best tasting traditional goose for your Christmas table. Our geese eat a totally natural diet. Once they have reached natural maturity they are dry plucked by hand and hung for 12 days in time honoured tradition, giving them the wonderful depth of flavour that we are renowned for.
