The delicious duo of Grass Fed Beef Mince and bone marrow combine to form a mouth-watering burger; once melted, the bone marrow softens and melts to form a rich and smooth consistency, with nutty undertones. 

The stout onions caramelise beautifully to a dark, golden colour and harmonise perfectly with the silky, earthy taste from the Tunworth cheese.



  • Finely chop the marrow and mix with the mince. 

    Form into 8 equal patties. 

    Cook the onion on a medium heat with a knob of butter until translucent then add the stout and cook for at least an hour until the onions are brown, sweet and sticky and the stout has completely reduced. 

    Cut the Tunworth into slice, toast your burger buns and add ketchup. 

    Cook the burgers on a high heat for 3-4 minutes then flip and top with the onions and Tunworth. 

    Cook for a further 3-4 minutes and stack 2 patties into a bun.
