Our smooth and soft sourdough pizza balls form the perfect base for a delicious pizza. What better combination of toppings than crispy lardons, sweet and delicate shallots and nutty cheese? These pizzas are great to make with friends and family, and are perfect for eating al fresco on a warm summer's evening. 

If you are lucky enough to have a pizza oven, gather together a group of friends and cook together!



  • Preheat oven to 250C. 

    Place 2 large baking sheets in the oven to preheat.

    Roll out the pizza dough to just under the size of your baking sheet. 

    Making two pizzas at a time, place the rolled dough onto the hot baking sheet. Quickly top with a smear of the Isle of Wight pizza sauce, a sprinkling of lardons, a pinch of chopped thyme, slices of Wyfe of Bath cheese and shallots. 

    Bake for 10 minutes. 

    Repeat with the remaining 2 dough balls. 

    Enjoy with a crisp green salad.
