You will never find any rusk, preservatives or anything artificial in our sausage meat, just pure natural wholesome ingredients.
Our sausage meat is made with gluten-free oats.
Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Gluten Free Oats (GLUTEN), Water, Salt, Black Pepper.
Fully defrost the sausage meat.
For a simple stuffing, mix with one beaten egg, a handful of fresh herbs, a handful of oats or breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
To cook, place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 180C. Pan fry for just a few minutes. Or stuff, raw, in a joint or a bird.
