      • Our Properly Free Range Chicken Mince is made perfect for making all manner of delicious dishes such as; chicken koftas, chicken meatballs and tasty handmade burgers. 

        Our Free Range Chicken Mince has a real depth of flavour, it can take the addition of spices and herbs to enhance and intensify the flavour. 

        We take time to develop real depth of flavour, our birds to grow slowly and eat a wholesome healthy diet, this creates the unique flavour we have become famous for. 

      • Free Range Chicken

      • To make homemade chicken burgers, add the chicken mince to a mixing bowl along with some chopped herbs, finely diced onions, an egg yolk (optional), a pinch of salt and pepper, and a small handful of gluten-free oats.

        Mix together and make sure all the ingredients are evenly dispersed.

        Shape into burger patties and fry for 3 minutes on each side, or until the juices run from pink to clear.

      • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
