If you are contacting us to confirm any details of your order including your delivery date or your delivery address, please refer to your email confirmation. You will find all your order details included there.
If you are contacting us to amend a delivery, please be aware that any order amends must reach us three days before your order is due for delivery to give our team enough time to make any changes.
If you are contacting us to track your delivery, please refer to your tracking code received via email or text message from our courier DPD. The tracking information will be sent to you the morning of your delivery. We are unable to provide a delivery time slot until then.
