We all have days when life is a blur of activity, when getting to the end of the day all we want to do is slump on the sofa with a bowl of something hearty. That's where our friends, Sam and Elliot, founders of FieldGoods come in, with their brilliant range of super tasty 'real meals'. Packed full of thoughtfully sourced, delicious ingredients, this is proper food you can trust, just like you would make at home.

The trays and sleeves of FieldGoods meals are made from responsibly sourced plant-based materials, so they can be chucked onto your compost pile or into your food bin, and will become plant food before you know it. You can also give them a wash and pop them in your recycling.

Slow Roast Shoulder of Mutton with Chickpeas, Orange, Cumin & Garlic, by Gill Meller

Mutton shoulder responds beautifully to the low heat of the oven. The meat becomes incredibly tender and wonderfully flavoursome. There are plenty of ways you can cook a mutton shoulder, but I love this ‘all in one tray’ approach, with chickpeas, garlic, chilli and plenty of spice.
