      • This Lamb & Apricot Tagine by our friends at FieldGoods offers all the irresistible flavours of Morocco, without lifting a single pan lid.

Grass fed, perfectly tender lamb is cooked with the perfect blend of spices, apricots and plum tomatoes. Each mouthful reveals a glorious blend of sweet, savoury, subtle yet complex flavours.

Serve with rice or your favourite bread for a deliciously easy meal within minutes.

In today’s busy world, finding nourishing food that combines flavour, ethics and convenience can be challenging. Thankfully, Sam and Elliot Day, the founders of FieldGoods, are here to help. They are on a mission to provide delicious, sustainable, thoughtfully-produced ready meals straight to your dinner table.

FieldGoods meal packaging consists of trays and sleeves made from responsibly sourced plant-based materials. These eco-friendly containers can be composted or thrown into your food bin, where they will naturally break down and become plant food. Alternatively, you can wash them and recycle them.

Slow Roast Shoulder of Mutton with Chickpeas, Orange, Cumin & Garlic, by Gill Meller

Mutton shoulder responds beautifully to the low heat of the oven. The meat becomes incredibly tender and wonderfully flavoursome. There are plenty of ways you can cook a mutton shoulder, but I love this ‘all in one tray’ approach, with chickpeas, garlic, chilli and plenty of spice.
